You make a FAB red head! It totally suits you! I haven't coloured my hair in YEARS, but I did go red at one point, and all it did for me, was make me look kinda "cheap" and "slutty", lol. I don't get people who are anti-redheads! I love it! You look absolutely GREAT as a red head! I actually prefer it on you to your natural dark hair!

ReplyDeleteand from years as a redhead, may i suggest unusual amethyst/eggplant/purple-based-browns for eye makeup -- the contrast always looks great and just doesn't seem to look as remarkable on me as a brunette :( my daily routine for years was caking on this cheap drugstore eggplant eyeliner pencil with MAC eyeshadow in 'trax' smudged over it for major pop in my ginger days.
That color is phenomenal on you. Fairly jealous!

Great hair color for you I must admit. It does look very natural. Perhaps your 1/8 th irish heritage. hahaha. Hope the up keeping will be easy. Love the lage polka dot top too. Almost did'nt recognize your hand with the longer nail polished red. Very nice, although I need to get used to this new pointy nail style. I am still having mine square perhaps the thing of the past?? And many congrats on your new column with MC. Picked up a copy from news stand as my subscription has not arrived yet.

ReplyDeleteLove it. When I was working I was afraid that red might be too drastic a change. After I retired I decided to try it for Halloween. Years later at 75 I'm still a happy redhead. I do it myself, Garnier Nutrisse Pomegranate.
