WANT MORE GIFT GUIDES?

I LOVE everything! :D
ReplyDeleteThis is great. As someone who travels internationally a LOT, I really really need to pony up and buy a universal voltage flat iron (and travel blowdryer!) as my current plan of me just buying a new cheapie in every country is resulting in me carrying a lot of unnecessary electronics in my bag and mislocation freakouts when I can't find the one I need two hours before time to go.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great list - I really want one of those Polaroid cameras!
ReplyDeleteyep the countdown has started, halloween is over and i think that is the official start of the holiday season! don't mind the countdown because it means we are coming!!!! you could make a topic about what we europeans need to pack when we are coming to nyc during the holidays! the ultimate lifestyle guide for tourists (PS i am not your typical tourist and i don't like sightseeing ;))
ReplyDeleteI got one for my birthday - it's so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI gotta have those glasses in my life, great list!
ReplyDeleteCool list. i esp like the leopard passport holder. it will make all the TSA guys jelous.
ReplyDeletealso, in a shameless self-promotional plug (i happen to work there), you should check out Jetsetter's Bon Voyage inspiration box (www.jetsetter.com/bonvoyage). it's a beautiful coffee table book, and it comes with a travel planning session from our network of travel experts.
can i admit that i secretly have this really bizarre deep-rooted love of christmas music, mariah included?! ugh!
ReplyDeleterandom question from your inclusion of the flat iron: do you have any recc's for a curling iron? the one i've got is the one that (literally) my mother has been using since the early 90's and is a total nightmare and now that i finally! have girl hair! that is blonde! i've been hunting everywhere for a great one.
i love this!
ReplyDeleteI love the MC Christmas songs, am I so unfashionable right now or what? I'd love to see a country girl's guide to city living -- being in the country myself trying to stay on edge with what's going on in the "real" world!
ReplyDeleteI have a scary amount of stuff on this list already, but I MUST have this Holly GoNightly mask!! Also, random question: how do you do your collages? I wanted to do gift guides too, but didn't know how to do them.
ReplyDeleteBriony xx
Oh, without a doubt you DEFINITELY need the Holly GoNightly mask!! But, you know, don't buy it. wink wink.
ReplyDeletePhotoshop!
I love Mariah Carey too!! Nothing unfashionable about it. But, by the time the third week of December rolls around, it definitely makes me a bit stabby.... Repetition can do a thing or two to a girl.
ReplyDeleteI'll see if I can wrap my head around the country girl topic! Being a city girl myself, it's completely foreign to me!
<3!
ReplyDeleteMan, I guess I should have clarified how much I LOVE Mariah Carey's take on carols. I really, really do.
ReplyDeleteThis particular flatiron actually doubles as a curling iron, (like, really). Watch this YouTube tutorial. It completely blew my mind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyw8Y5XRWBE
Yo Drew! I'm a big fan of jetsetter/gilt groupe. The photos in the book look incredible!!!
ReplyDeleteso jealous!!
ReplyDeleteI don't own one but a few of my friends have them and the photo quality is really great!! It's so much fun.
ReplyDeleteThank you!! The glasses are amazing. So glam and enormous enough to hide any jetlag-induced eye-baggage ;)
ReplyDeleteHehehe, maybe it's a new york centric gift guide, then??
ReplyDeleteLove this! Looking forward to the rest. That Benefit Ooh La Lift is one of my favorite things ever.
ReplyDeletegreat, great gift guide! especially for this girl on the go
