About
Hi, I’m Nicolette — a Brooklyn-based (by way of Los Angeles) marketing, communications, and brand strategist, lifelong fashion obsessive, and proud NY Liberty season ticket holder. I live here in NYC with my partner and our two very spoiled pugs.
I love to partner with visionary founders, brands, and institutions ready to lead culture—not follow it. At the core of everything I do is a commitment to authentic inclusion, cultural fluency, and memorable storytelling. I turn ideas into brands and products that people connect with, communities rally behind, and that help shape culture.
For two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of culture and commerce, building communities that last, and helping brands and founders tell stories and create products that resonate. My work spans fashion, beauty, media, and lifestyle, where I’ve worked with global leaders and emerging entrepreneurs alike — including Nordstrom, Dove, Barbie, Revolve, FWRD, NARS, 11 Honoré, WRAY, and hundreds more.
My career has been dynamic and multi-disciplinary: ranging from writing buzzy editorials (Marie Claire, Glamour, Teen Vogue, and more), to co-founding Premme (a cult-favorite size-inclusive apparel brand), to leading Nordstrom’s first size-inclusive designer pop-up, to developing the strategy and leading casting for NARS’ first ever pride campaign. I also co-founded the Iranian Diaspora Collective, a 501(c)3 supporting the Woman, Life, Freedom movement and pursuit of secular democracy in Iran.
I’ve been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, Good Morning America, Vogue, The Today Show, and spoken at Harvard Business School, SxSW, Create & Cultivate, and more.
At the heart of it all — whether it’s a global campaign, a grassroots project, or cheering on my favorite athletes and designers — I’m driven by the belief that the most powerful brands are those that spark belonging, reflect culture authentically, and transform identity into influence. My work sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, proving that impact and revenue don’t just coexist — they amplify each other.
